The hotel was a bit more expensive, but my room was of a good size, perfect for me as a single traveler, and I loved that the TV was personalized. It felt like a nice touch to be welcomed that way. The location was nice, and the hotel even had a café/bar serving good food. Service was utterly helpful, especially after a few nights of camping, and I appreciated the attention when passing by our table. The dining experience was amazing, with beautifully presented dishes and a staggering assortment of breakfast foods. The facilities were great, including a pool, steam rooms, and sauna.

After a few nights of camping, the friendly and partly English-speaking service staff, including Lashyn, Lidiya, and Mukhammed, made me feel right at home. Their knowledge about Shymkent was impressive!
